Free iPod

So this one is a little obnoxious but for a free iPod, I'll bite.

I saw this on Jeremy's blog and thought to myself, "Self, this is a free iPod for about 5 minutes of work."

From his site, from another site:

There are some hitches naturally. I had to sign up, which I did with an email address I use for spam, participate in one of their 8 offers – which I also did by signing up for a dummy ebay account and bidding on an item that had 6 days of bidding left and that I knew I’d lose with my $1 bid. ;) The trick there is that I get the credit for signing up and bidding, not for winning.

So I did it, got Jeremy one step closer, and for scratching his back, he scratched mine. If you want your free ipod, just click on my refer link, sign up for your ebay account, and make that ludicrous bet on eBay. I'll extend the same offer to anyone that Jeremy extended--if you post your link in the comments, I'll sign up and do the dance for you, too, getting you one step closer.

Not bad for a free iPod, eh?

Here's my link again.

Updated: Warning... Use a spam mailbox to sign up. Within 2 hours of signing up, I got about 5-10 spams to the address that I used.
