Just a curious thought...
Why is it that none of the major security reporting organizations (securityfocus, cert, etc.) have an RSS feed for new alerts? With the number of geeks that use RSS, this would seem to be incredibly more timely than emails, and easier than visiting a web page every other day...
If anyone knows of RSS feeds for something like this, drop it in the comments...
I generally try to stay out of political arguments, but this is just too good to pass up. John Kerry has claimed that many foreign leaders support him, but will not specify who. I found a website that goes through and specifies his support. Each of the foreign leaders was also given a chance to give their thoughts about John Kerry.
Visit it at http://www.foreignleaders4kerry.com.

Just booked airfare for our little shinn digg in June. $191 round trip all said and done. Not too shabby. Looks like UAL 251/TED 1411 out there and TED 1412/UAL 245 back. Flying out with Josh, Andrea and Sarah.
I'm am so amazed at how many times the airfares changed on us while we were trying to figure this out tonight. We had a 9a out, 3p back for the same price. When we went to book it, it jumped to almost double. Homey don't play that.
Hotel ....... check

We're getting there! T-3 months-ish...
So I was watching the game this afternoon and was reminded of the reasons why we lost the games early on in the season that we did. We played absolutely terribly today. This was not the same team that has gone on a tear over the last two months--these guys were tired, confused, and downright lost.
If they hope to advance beyond Murray State, they better start playing like the team that beat Purdue and Iowa on the road instead of the team that lost to Purdue at home and Providence on the road. My absolute pipe dream final game would be Illinois beating Kansas by a landslide. Unfortunately I don't think either team is capable of making it to the Sweet 16, let alone the finals.
At least there is pleanty of basketball to be watched over the next few weeks... I think I am going to get the March Madness DirecTV package so that I can choose (in most circumstances) the games I want to watch--not rely on CBS's market madness.

What was...
1. ...your first grade teacher's name?
Ms. Zurek. She was a mid-30's 300 pound lady that drove a 1984 Corvette. That was a funny sight.
2. ...your favorite Saturday morning cartoon?
When I was younger, I would have to say The Smurfs. Sure I would watch Thundercats and Rocky and Bullwinkle (that was on Sundays, though, wasn't it?), but there was something about those little blue guys...
3. ...the name of your very first best friend?
Steve Pittinger. He lived about 5 houses down, and we would walk home from school together. Beth's favorite story that she likes to tell everyone is that we used to send faxes (yes, over the phone line on curly thermal paper) to each other. It was our form of "instant messaging" you could say. Sure we'd BBS and other computer related things as well. We still keep in touch, and are both still as geeky as ever.
4. ...your favorite breakfast cereal?
They're always trying to get me Lucky Charms...
5. ...your favorite thing to do after school?
Grade School: eat (I was fat)
High School: football, theater, band, etc.
College: Oh-Beer-Thirty.
